You can change or cancel at any time before you confirm your total. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
After your order is placed
Once a restaurant starts preparing your order, it may not be possible to cancel. Call us right away and we will contact the restaurant for you.
Problems with your order
If an item is missing, wrong or not delivered, call (888) 203-0248 or email support@tauntonfood.shop within 24 hours. We will work with the restaurant to arrange a correction or refund of the affected items.
Service fee
If your order could not be completed, or the restaurant fails to deliver, we refund our service fee.
