TauntonFoodWho we are
TauntonFood is run by Taunton Food Inc. We started it because ordering food shouldn’t mean downloading an app, making an account and filling in a long checkout form.
So we built something simpler: one phone number, answered by a real person, who places your order with a local restaurant for you.
What we are — and what we’re not
We are an ordering service. We take your order by phone and place it with a local restaurant on your behalf.
We are not a restaurant. We don’t own a kitchen or cook food. The restaurant you order from prepares your food, and it is delivered by that restaurant or its delivery partner.
We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any restaurant or brand.
How we get paid. We may charge a service fee for placing your order. We always tell you the full total before ordering.
